James serves as a BIM & IPD Consultant to Benjamin Yocum & Heather, LLC, where he educates clients on the merits of building information modeling and virtual planning and construction (BIM) and legal agreements used in integrated project delivery, (IPD) public private partnerships, (PPP) construction manager at risk projects, and design build projects. James also provides process improvement consulting to a variety of clients.

As President of Collaborative Construction and founder of Collaborative BIM Advocates James works with stakeholders in the AEC industry interested in utilizing BIM & IPD.
